Historical organs created by master A. H. Casparini from the 18th century, combined with the excellent acoustics of the interior, set a profound and intimate atmosphere that captivated the audience. The concert became a true musical feast, gathering art enthusiasts, music lovers, and those seeking deeper spiritual experiences. The artists were rewarded with a standing ovation. For years, Jacek Woleński has been the artistic director and host of the concerts. The Cantus Organi festival has a long tradition. Over the years, 115 concerts have been held, with around 190 soloists and ensembles applauded by the local and visiting audience. The performers included professors, rectors, and deans of music universities, and each concert was an opportunity to immerse in the beauty and depth of organ music. This years program includes performances by various artists every Saturday from September 7th to October 5th at the St. Lawrence Parish at 6:00 p.m. Jacek Woleński oversees the artistic direction, while Piotr Cynar is responsible for the technical aspect of the organs. Moreover, a special exhibition of photos and posters from previous editions is presented on the churchs upper floor, adding an extra attraction to this years festival.
